When will the watches ship?

Watches are expected to ship at the end of April. We operate on a pre-order model, which allows us to produce in small, controlled batches and invest more into materials, finishing, and quality control. By pre-ordering, you’re directly supporting the brand at launch and helping bring the first production run to life. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

How do I return my order?

You can return your watch within 14 days of receiving it. The watch must be unworn, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund: £10 (UK), £30 (USA, EU, Rest of World).

Can I change the colour of my watch?

Yes. Subject to availability, you can change your selected colour at any time before your watch ships. You can also swap your watch for a different colour within 14 days of receiving it, provided it’s unworn and returned in its original packaging. Replacement shipping costs will be charged as follows: £10 (UK), £30 (USA, EU, Rest of World).
