Shipping & Duties

Pre-Order

All HILLI watches are currently sold on a pre-order basis. Your watch is made to order as part of our current production run and is not held in stock for immediate dispatch. You will receive DHL Express tracking by email once your order ships.

Shipping

We ship worldwide via DHL Express.

  • United Kingdom: FREE
  • Europe: 15 GBP
  • USA and Rest of World: 30 GBP

Customs, Duties and Taxes

All orders ship duty-unpaid (DDU).

  • UK orders: nothing extra to pay. We are not VAT-registered, so no UK VAT is charged at checkout.
  • Europe, USA and the rest of the world: any import duties, taxes or customs charges are set by your destination country and are payable by you to the carrier on delivery. HILLI does not collect these at checkout.
