For the first time, the complete HILLI Panda Collection comes together as a Limited Edition Founder’s Set. All five watches, presented together in a specially commissioned HILLI collector’s case, created exclusively for this limited edition.
Limited to just 20 sets, each is individually numbered, with a matching number engraved on the case back of each watch.
Each set also includes ONE ordinary share in HILLI Watch Company - giving each founder real ownership in the company and a part of the brand’s early history that will never be reproduced in this format.

What’s included in the Founder's Set?
Each set includes all five HILLI Sport Chronographs: Classic Panda, Reverse Panda, Blue Panda, Green Panda and Pink Panda. The watches come together in a specially commissioned HILLI Founder's case, created exclusively for this edition.
How many sets are being made?
Only 20 complete Founder's Sets will be produced. Each set is individually numbered.
What does owning the share mean?
It means you become a shareholder in HILLI Watch Company Limited. The share carries the rights attached to that class of share under the company’s articles and applicable law.
The share is included as part of the Founder's Set and is not being offered as a separate investment product.
What is the share worth?
The share does not have a fixed or guaranteed monetary value. HILLI is a private company, so there is no public market for its shares and no guarantee that they can be sold or that they will increase in value.
Can I sell or transfer my share?
Any transfer would be subject to HILLI’s articles of association and the applicable legal requirements. Ownership of the share does not guarantee that a buyer will be available.
Can I pay a deposit?
No. The Founder's Set must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.
The reason is simple: this limited release is being used to fund the production of the collection itself, including the watches, special collector’s cases and engraving. Full payment allows us to commit to the production order.
When will I receive the watches?
The Founder's Sets will be produced as part of HILLI’s first production run of 500 watches. Estimated delivery is Q1 2027. All purchasers will be kept updated throughout the production process.
